The Ideal Sorter for Small
Items
The Crisplant
Compact Sorter has been specifically developed for the sorting
of small items, i.e. products weighing a maximum of 5 kg with
a maximum square size of 300x400 mm.
The cross-belt
design ensures gentle handling of items. The sorter is well suited
to handle fragile and delicate items and items with high or low
surface friction.
At the same time,
the Crisplant Compact Sorter has a high throughput capacity. It
can sort up to 16,000 items per hour utilizing a pitch of 0.32
m.
Flexible Configurations,
Minimum Space Requirement
One of the great
advantages of the Crisplant Compact Sorter is its many flexible
configurations. It is extremely compact with small outer dimensions.
The horizontal model of the Crisplant Compact Sorter has a curve
radius of 2000 mm or 3000 mm.
The Crisplant
Compact Sorter requires a minimum footprint. It can be set up
and installed within a few square metres and adapted to buildings
and spaces with the most complex layouts. This is accomplished
by the new sorter's unique transport configuration of conveying
items horizontally, vertically, or over and under. In addition,
these flexible configurations can be floor, ceiling or wall mounted.
The Crisplant
Compact Sorter is adaptable to meet the specific requirements
of individual customers. Items can be inducted onto the sorter
from either above or from the side. Once inducted onto a cell,
products can be discharged to either side into sacks, chutes,
totes or horizontal conveyors.
